After raising kids in Alpine for the last 22 years, my wife and I decided to down size to a townhome in Provo. When researching lenders I checked with credit unions, banks, and specialized lenders including Westridge Financial. I have known Mike at Westridge for more than a decade coaching our boys in sports, but I don’t think he did any special favors for me that he couldn’t do for anyone else. He’s good guy who is fun to work with as well is being able to give you the best mortgage options.

Where the other lenders wouldn’t touch a 90% loan without a hefty MIP, Mike was able to secure a 90% loan with NO mortgage insurance premium! That alone saved me nearly $300 a month and kept more money in our pocket. The other lenders wanted to meet this “Magic Mike” and snarkily suggested they should go to work for the “unicorn” who could pull this off.
